Healthcare sessions
Harp therapy at the bedside: I have worked as a harp therapist in several healthcare settings in the greater Montreal area, primarily for palliative care, including the CHUM hospitals, Le Phare Enfants et Familles and La Société des soins palliatifs du Grand Montréal.
I am happy to travel to individuals in the Montréal metro area for a session (transportation fees apply for sites that are more than a 10-minute walk from a metro station. Please check in with the patient’s care team and any roommates at the facility before making an appointment with me.
I am a certified harp therapy practitioner (CCM, CTHP, VAHTP), a graduate of the Harp for Healing program and the International Harp Therapy Program. These programs are accredited by the National Standards Board for Therapeutic Musicians. Graduates of these programs learn to use the harp and harp music as a therapeutic intervention that can ease pain, anxiety and insomnia, among other things, for individual patients in hospitals, hospices and long-term care facilities, among others.
I also hold my Vibroacoustic Harp Therapy (VAHT) certification and am a "Touching Through Sound" sound therapist trained by Emmanuel Comte of the Centre Medson.
I am a mentor and director of admissions for the International Harp Therapy Program, founded by Christina Tourin.
I am a member of the Association des naturothérapeutes du Québec and naturotherapy insurance receipts are available for all my private treatments for individuals.

Private sessions
Harp therapy and VAHT: Using your unique resonant tone, I create music just for you as you relax and receive the healing vibrations of the harp. I am always happy to incorporate your favourite songs or styles of music into your treatment.
Harp therapy music is composed and improvised for the individual according to his or her constitution, mood, unique body rhythms, resonance, intentions and personal needs.
Vibroacostic Harp Therapy (VAHT) uses a vibrotactile device to transmit the vibrations of the harp into the client's body, offering an energetic treatment that is like a musical massage.
Interactive harp therapy and interactive harp therapy circles: Explore the joys of making beautiful sounds on the harp. The goal of interactive harp therapy sessions is relaxation and enjoyment. Many people appreciate this flexible and low-pressure approach. However, other interactive harp therapy clients have loved the experience so much that they went on to study harp! Sessions are available one on one or in small groups (harp circles).
"Touching Through Sound" treatment as taught by the Centre Medson with singing bowls and tuning forks: Singing bowls and tuning forks are placed on the body for a deliciously relaxing musical massage which also includes harmonic singing. This deeply soothing modality is especially excellent for relieving back pain, insomnia and anxiety. Not indicated for pregnant women or people with pacemakers or defibrillators.
Sound and yoga: I am also a certified yoga instructor, a graduate of Hart Lazer's 500-hour teacher training program at United Yoga Montréal. I am pleased to offer you restorative yoga combined with either therapeutic harp music or sound massage, or a combination of both. Restorative yoga can be practiced by anyone, no matter their health or movement restrictions. This type of yoga requires no physical effort. It can be as simple as one deliciously comfortable position supported by cushions in which to receive your harp therapy, or a sequence of several postures we design to counter the aches and pains of everyday life. In all cases, I adapt the yoga to YOU.
I am also happy to offer more dynamic or more therapeutic private yoga sessions, with or without sound. I am fully equipped with yoga props such as straps, blocks, Iyengar chairs and bolsters to accommodate anybody and EVERY BODY, no matter your age or physical condition.
Group sessions
Therapeutic music sessions: I have offered therapeutic music to clients at St. Michael’s Mission since 2014, and have taught workshops on mantras, sound healing and sound treatments since 2011. I have been a presenter at conferences which include Yoga Community Montreal’s annual Yoga Festival Montreal and the Conscious Hearts Conference.
Music for mindful movement: Since 2009, I have provided music for yoga classes at studios across town including Studio Bliss Yoga and Massage, Le Studio de Yoga Wanderlust, Yoga Sangha, Shri Yoga, Vert Prana and many more. As a yoga teacher myself and a practitioner of nearly two decades, I bring a special insight into how therapeutic music can support postures and sequences. See my Harp Therapy Journal article on musically accompanying yoga classes.
Liturgical/religious music: I have played for masses, services and events at Christ Church Cathedral, St. John the Evangelist and Le Sanctuaire du St-Sacrement since 2010.
